Aida

Co-founder · Pediatric SLP

Aida is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist and a neuro-affirming educator who believes that every family deserves holistic support and equitable access to therapeutic resources. She earned her undergraduate degree in linguistics from Rutgers University and her graduate degree from Columbia University, where she met Daniel and discovered their shared passion for supporting children. As a trilingual clinician, Aida brings a deeply multicultural perspective to her clinical work, which spans over eight years of experience focusing on toddlers through elementary school students.
In her practice, Aida specializes in working with children who have multiple disabilities and complex communication needs. Her extensive experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)/Assistive Technology (AT) gives her a profound understanding of what true digital accessibility looks like. As a neuro-affirming clinician, she is dedicated to building on children’s natural strengths, directly driving the child-centered and inclusive philosophy behind Kip Kip Games.
As a first-generation immigrant, Aida is deeply passionate about dismantling the financial, cultural, and systemic barriers that often keep families from accessing vital services. Having helped families navigate everything from the school system s to insurance hurdles, she knows how overwhelming the healthcare and educational systems can be.
Why I co-founded Kip Kip Games: To provide an affordable, innovative bridge for these families. By blending her expertise in communication with a focus on parental education, she is committed to ensuring that all children have a safe, welcoming space to learn and play.

Daniel

Co-founder · Pediatric SLP

Daniel is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist driven by a clear vision: a world where all children have equitable access to learning through play. He earned his graduate degree from Columbia University and has spent over eight years working in pediatrics, focusing closely on toddlers and early language learners between the ages of two and six.
For Daniel, building Kip Kip Games is deeply personal. Growing up in a low-income, first-generation immigrant household, he saw firsthand how easily families can be cut off from therapeutic services due to high costs and systemic educational or insurance barriers. He spent his childhood playing video games with his younger brother and best friend, David, who has Down syndrome. David was highly motivated by technology, but they could never find an educational game that helped build his language skills and adapted to his learning style.
Why I co-founded Kip Kip Games: To build the tools he wished had existed for his brother. By combining his clinical expertise with a lifelong love for gaming, he shapes innovative, child-first technology designed to nurture every child's development. His approach is entirely child-centered, focusing on a child's natural strengths through an open-world experience that adapts to diverse learners. Daniel is committed to using everyday technology as an affordable bridge, giving all children a safe space to learn, play, and grow.
